A pleasant 1 night stay in Snaefellsnes as we were driving around the ring road. Adam at the reception gave us a very warm welcome and was very friendly. We were also quite pleasantly surprised with the quality of food at the Mural restaurant at the hotel. Being vegetarians, we were not expecting to see anything satisfactory on the menu but we quite enjoyed the cream of mushroom soup and the avocado salad. There are no other restaurants to speak of in the rest of the town or within short driving distance, so we were very relieved that the food at the hotel was quite filling and tasty. The room itself is not very spacious and we found the bathroom to be small but it was adequate for our needs. We could not ask for too much more for a 1 night stay. There is ample free parking available at the property.

We had an excellent time checking out Snaefellsness Penninsula & staying at the Adventure Hotel. Git a great view of the Northern Lights and Anna at the front desk was just a GEM ! T Y Cheers

Definitely the place to stay.
We ended up here accidentally and are glad we did. From check in to check out Anna was amazing and went out of her way to make us comfortable and feel welcomed. With major winter storms and limited options she made sure we were taken care of.

We had a very good stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.
