Breakfast buffet selection is as great. Location is brilliant as well.! Just was a tad bit disappointed with the mattress. It is not firm, so for those who like that you’ll sleep well

The sheets in my hotel were dirty and the smell I had to endure the first night of my three night stay will not leave my psyche. Absolutely disgusting.

I slept very poorly, the air conditioning is noisy and centralised so is on 24/7 with no capability to turn it off, only to change the temperature. The window can’t be open even a crack for fresh air. You have to ask the night before for your room to be cleaned. I asked in the morning and they said it would be done that day but then it wasn’t. The facilities were generally nice. Breakfast was extremely varied in the options available which was good. Service on reception was always exemplary and the staff forthcoming with suggestions and help.

We had a pleasent stay in this hotel in a comfort double room. The breakfast was good, bed was comfortable and it was quiet and clean. The only issue was the air conditioning which was not possible to adjust or turn off. It got quite cool by the morning and one of us was coughing half the night due to the irritation from it.

The receptionist was not in a good manner when I asked her to clean my room. It wasn’t cleaned at 5pm even though asking them everyday cleaning at check-in.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The exterior and lobby gave such a fun vibe. And the room was cozy and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the focus on being 'green' and advocating for diversity that could be seen during our stay. Highly recommend.

The staff was incredibly helpful and polite during my entire stay. They communicated everything to me, and helped me feel comfortable in my first trip to Helsinki. The breakfast provided was also very diverse with many delicious options available every day.
