The rooms are decorated in a fun way and the hotel provides slippers, which is a really thoughtful touch. The breakfast was excellent and the same goes for the complimentary coffee and bar offerings. the staff is extremely helpful and kind. Simply put, a fantastic hotel in a beautiful city. I had a memorable time with my family and if I return to Helsinki, this is the first place I will look!

Conveniently located, quiet and friendly staff. The food was outstanding. Breakfasts were incredibly varied and set you up well for the day. However, the AC was terrible and couldn't go below 23°C, which made the nights unbearably hot and difficult to sleep. Not ideal. A shame as it would have been an amazing hotel if this was changed.

Greatest hotel room I've ever stayed in

This was the greatest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Large, clean, well-designed, comfortable, plenty of space to hang clothes and open our suitcases - I can't say enough good things about it. Excellent location - close to everything you need including the tram. The lobby bar was actually lively and had good beers, along with some late night snacks. A good hotel to come "home" to after a day of adventures.

Great value!!! I had a huge, gorgeous and well designed room with so much natural light, and then the delicious breakfast every day. It was probably the best value for a hotel in Europe I’ve had in a long time. Great space, clean, friendly staff, lovely breakfast (and the breakfast area is also very clean and well designed!). I would stay here again every time. Loved it!!!

The hotel is in a great location, very well designed and has a really nice bar downstairs to hang out in. Breakfast is excellent. Only criticism was the bedroom didn’t have much storage space for clothes - but wasn’t a problem as we were only there for a night.
