Beware Rooms get HOT

It was very nice hotel close to the airport with good shuttle services. Staff was friendly however it was the hottest hotel I’ve ever been in. Our room stayed at 28 degrees all night. The staff brought us a fan but it was utterly miserable. I would have rather slept on the street.

No need to use the sauna, the room is one.

I've stayed in the Holiday Inn twice this past week. The 1st time the room was at 24° all night. My 2nd stay was even hotter.

The lady at the reception on the 10/7/25 at 7:00 pm was excellent, good attitude, problem solver and very accommodating with the situation that the A/C of the room wasn’t working properly, couldn’t get down the temperature of the room from 28.

I had a difficult stay as the room temperature rose to 25°C, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. When I raised this with management, I was told to simply crack open the window. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to offer any refund or work with me on a solution.

I stayed several times at this hotel but this was my first time in the main wing. Everything was great except the AC did not work, so it stayed very warm in the room despite setting the temp to the minimum of 20c, temp remained above 25. Will not return to this wing.
