I arrived at the property which was in a disgraceful state. The toilet had urine in it. There was blood on the floor and on the couch. There were cigarettes on the floor (the apartment was sold as non smoking). The place had not been vacuumed or dusted. There was rubbish left on the floor. I complained and went off to work. While I was away they contacted me to see if they could enter the room. I was in meetings so couldn’t answer the phone. When I returned to the apartment there were 2 females in the apartment who had entered without my permission. I took them around the apartment and showed them the blood and the rubbish. They admitted that it hadn’t been cleaned and were trying to wipe the blood away with wet wipes. I was disgusted contacted Hotels.com telling them I would not be staying in such filth. I requested a full refund. I booked another apartment expecting the refund would be processed in a timely and respectful manner. I was wrong. The apartment refused to refund my money as did Hotels.com. Please see my photos. I am very angry and feel deceived as the photos hotels.com used to advertise the apartment are nothing like the hell hole it actually is. DO NOT STAY HERE!
