We stayed 2 nights on the way to Santorini. The location is close by the bus station, Ferry port, and city center. Our room was upgraded to a bigger room on the 4th floor. The staff were helpful and polite.

I have stayed in many such resorts around the world but would rate this as the worst experience. First of all it was not a great beach , and the beach facilities were below par, only one bar on the beach and the beach service is bad. the rooms were outdated for the money and not great. not a great experience . Food was not great too.

Aquila Atlantis Hotel is the perfect base to explore Crete’s capital. Spacious, modern rooms, a great rooftop pool with harbour views, and an excellent breakfast. Friendly, professional staff made everything seamless. Walking distance to the port, museums, and old town, ideal for a city stay.

Good, comfortable, for a city hotel it was adequate but not epic. The breakfast was fantastic though and same as the service. We unfortunately we're there when there was a convention taking place in the lobby so it made it exceptionally congested. For a 5 star I expected more.

Room was clean. The staff was friendly. There are times when only one reception staff on and is not very knowledgeable able the VIP program. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was good, lots of meal items to choose from.The staff restocked items regularly.The one fruit juice did have a strange after taste to it.

Short but sweet stay while passing through Heraklion, great location for archaeological museum, close to bus stop to Knossos, and walking distance to centre for restaurants and Venetian fort. Modern and clean, quiet room, great breakfast buffet with nice small internal courtyard to eat outside.
