The beds need improvement, not very clean , doors are noisy, people are friendly and helpful. Overall it's not too bad for the price.

Stunningly appointed heritage property with traditional details and palatial bedrooms.The rooftop pool with tropical foliage is delightful and the Dar itself is stylishly decorated.The breakfast with cheeses and fresh fruits is also highly recommended,along with the chilled ambience and poolside music.A tranquil hidden gem.

While I generally refrain from leaving negative reviews, as a seasoned traveler, I must note that the service provided fell below the standards expected of a four or five-star establishment. The check-in process with Ousemma was quite difficult, as the level of assistance provided felt begrudging rather than professional. I would like to gently suggest that guests are essential to the success and continued operation of the hotel. Although the room was satisfactory at first glance, I discovered ants on the mattress when I attempted to sleep. After three phone calls, the staff replaced the sheets, but we were unfortunately awakened later that night to find ants on the bedding once again. Given that the room was on the seventh floor, this suggests a lack of proper cleanliness regarding the mattress or linens. On a positive note, the staff at the pool and restaurants were helpful and very attentive. Overall, however, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the disappointing experience at reception.

Wonderful hotel. Highly recommended. The only negative is that no one at the hotel reads the messages to the property from guests. I sent an important message that went unread until a corporate office answered but by then it was too late.
