Vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out erlebten wir ein sehr motiviertes und gastorientiertes Hotelteam, das für uns wie das Hotel selbst mit seinem Komfort für sehr erholsame Tage sorgte: umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, inkludierte alkoholfreie Minibar, A la Carte und HP Möglichkeit, ausgedehnte Pool- und Saunazeiten, uvm. Unser Fazit: wir kommen wieder!

tolles Hotel in toller Lage!
Die Hotelanlage war sehr sehr schön! Perfekte Lage, toller Service, super Frühstück, schöne Zimmer - am meisten begeisterte uns der Innen/Außen-Pool und die super gepflegte Garten-Anlage mit Park/Liegewiesen/Sitzecken. Einziger Kritikpunkt : kein roomservie/Zimmerservice im Hotel, wenn man nach 22 Uhr in Heringsdorf Hunger hat wird es schwierig!

wir waren mit dem Hotel der Lage und den Zimmern sehr zufrieden, auch das Frühstück war sehr gut, aber von dem Angebot zum Abendessen im Restaurant sehr enttäuscht. Mit blumigen Beschreibungen wird ein eher einfach Essen serviert, z.B. Hühnchensaltimbocca ist ein Witz. Mit billigsten Zutaten wird ein tolles Essen vorgegaukelt, schade!

Phantastisches Kaiserbad. Top Anlage und Service. Ein riesengroßes Lob und Dankeschön an alle Servicekräfte. Mitten in der Hochsaison und jederzeit nett und hilfsbereit. Ich hoffe das Management weiß diese Leistung zu würdigen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Viel Komfort nah am Strand
Personal und Service ist hervorragend, auch das Essen. Saubere Zimmer, die gut ausgestattet sind und in denen man sich richtig wohlfühlen kann. Eigentlich alles, was man sich wünschen kann, ABER das hat natürlich auch seinen Preis - besonders in der Hauptsaison. Ungeeignet für "schmale" Portemonnaies.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Ich war nicht zum ersten mal hier. Leider gab es diesmal mehrere Mängel und ein gravierender Vorfall. Mein Zimmer war in der 2. Etage. Angekommen auf der Etage steigt einem ein extrem penetranter Schweißgeruch entgegen. Das Personal zum Frühstück und Dinner war sehr unaufmerksam. Nur allein um eine Bestellung aufzugeben, mußte ich am Abend z.B. 20Min warten, obwohl etwa nur 4 Tische belgt waren. ich hab's nicht verstanden... Und äußerte auch meinen Unmut darüber. Auch beim Frühstück, hier war allerdings mehr zu tun, kam niemand auf mich zu. Ich mußte das personal suchen und ansprechen. Bei meiner Abreise erlebete ich dann eine böse Überraschung. Auf meiner Rechnung war ein Betrag von 99€ gleich doppelt aufgeführt. Wenn ich das nicht bemerkt hätte, hätte ich 99€ zuviel bezahlt. Mehr als" ..schön, dass es Ihnen aufgefallen ist" und en "Tschuldigung" gab es nicht. Das finde ich überhaupt nicht gastfreundlich. Ein kleines give away wäre angebracht gewesen...

Die Lage des Hotels ist super - fast am Strand gelegen (man muss nur einen Weg überqueren). Vom Service waren wir ein wenig enttäuscht. Wir wurden zwar anfangs überaus freundlich von einem jungen Mann an der Rezeption begrüßt, danach ließ die Freundlichkeit zu wünschen übrig. Sei es an der Poolbar, im Frühstücksraum oder später beim Fahrradentleih an der Rezeption, die Mitarbeiter konnten sich noch nicht einmal ein kleines Lächeln erzwingen und wir empfanden sie als sehr unfreundlich. Vielleicht lag es an unserem Alter (wir sind Ende zwanzig), die restlichen Gäste im Hotel waren wesentlich älter als wir (ich schätze wir waren unter den jüngsten Gästen im Hotel). Noch dazu wurden wir von derm Herrn, der uns das Fahrrad aus der Tiefgarage herausgeholt hat, sehr unangenehm angefahren, da das Fahrrad einmal sehr laut geknackt hatte. Er sagte, ich solle doch bitte nicht in den nächsten Gang schalten und gleichzeitig Treten, so ginge das Fahrrad kaputt - wobei ich überhaupt nicht geschaltet habe un dich sicherlich nicht zum ersten mal auf einem Fahrrad gesessen habe. Das fand ich sehr unprofessionell, mir so ein ungutes Gefühl zu geben. Zu der Sauberkeit kann ich nur sagen, dass es auf den ersten Blick sehr sauber erscheint. Als ich doch direkt nach der Ankunft barfuß ins Badezimmer galaufen bin, habe ich erst gemerkt, dass der Fußboden voller Sand war, was bei einem Zimmerpreis von rund 300 € pro Nacht eigentlich nicht sein dürfte. Alles in Allem war es ein netter Urlaub.

Top-Hotel mit perfektem Service
Dieses Hotel ist absolut TOP in allem. Sehr schöne, elegante Anlage. Phantastischer Park. Ruhige Oase und dennoch sehr zentral. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch das Personal. Der Service ist in allen Aspekte maximal. Die Gastfreundschaft, die Freundlichkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft ist einzigartig. Sehr herzlich und ungezwungen. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich wie zuhause. Das gesamte Personal durchwegs! Kompliment! Auch verglichen mit dem 5-Sterne-Haus der gleichen Hotel-Kette, wo wir auch waren, ist der Service im Strandidyll herausragend. Zudem ist alles automatisch top organisiert: Wie Strandtasche mit Tüchern im Zimmer, Fahrräder, usw.. Hierher kommen wir sicher wieder zurück, um zu geniessen.
