The front desk staff where very good, we had issues with electronic door lock for our room, they understood we didnt wish to continue with that rooms door, so they moved us across the hall, and problem was solved

Not so great.
The building is old and not well maintained, imside or out. The side entrance lock was missing, so anyone could access the building without a room key/card from the least visible side of the motel. The free breakfast was terrible and the room it was in was small so there was not enough room for everyone to sit. They wanted to charge me $25 to check in 2 hours early. But, the staff was nice and the pool was clean.

Rooms were small, bathroom was smaller. Could not close the bathroom door without stepping on the other side of the toilet

A shoppers consideration for a place to stay
A great place to stay when in Grove City for shopping needs, easy to get to all places within walking distance. The pool area reminds me of a chalet, however could use a little work and water temperature was a little cool. Staff are friendly, a simple breakfast option is nice and rooms met needs of stay.

This hotel was disgusting. The carpet in the hall ways and rooms didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in months. Our room smelt like cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. We had planned on shopping at the outlets and then letting the kids swim in the pool. However, the indoor pool was full of dirt at the bottom. We checked into the hotel, went shopping for 2 hours and checked out. It was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in. We decided to drive 4hrs home instead of staying at this disgusting old hotel. Don’t waste your money on this place.
