The property is well located, convenient for access to restaurants and shopping. Staff was excellent and property is clean. One suggestion, invest in some new pillows.

This was a convenient option for shopping in Grove City. The room was clean but old. Some of the outlets did not work. The bed was uncomfortable with many springs coming out. There were definitely no extras in the room that most places provide such as hand soap or body wash, so make sure to bring your own. The continental breakfast was what you’d expect and the pool was clean. Staff were personable and helpful.

Property is in a great location. Price was very reasonable Could have been a little cleaner. Asked for extra toilet paper because there was no extra roll and what was in bathroom was almost gone. Front desk didn’t have any.

We typically enjoy the best western brand. This was an exception. The hotel conditions were worn, the whole place (especially the public spaces) needed a good vacuuming, and the breakfast was sub par. At breakfast, 2/3 of the food was unavailable, the counters were dirty, and the floor was sticky. Until this hotel is better managed and cleaned, Id recommend elsewhere.

Average. Things look OK on the surface, but many things were below average. Weird smell in the room every time we entered. Shower head didnt work right, hardly any water came out. Toilet took forever to fill and was loud. Bathroom was TINY. My kids found a used paper coffee cup under the chair in the room from someone's past stay (not ours). Bed uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, but the room it is served in is TINY. Hard to move around and get breakfast items if any other families are in there. And not enough seating. Pool area ok, but bottom of pool chipping away in several places. Very average stay and not super cheap. No frills.

Nothing to write home about!
We had to be moved from our first room 208 due to the AC not working and stink bugs had invaded the room through the open window(we didn't open it). We were moved to room 211 which had a working AC, but mold was growing on the ice bucket. There seemed to be an odd odor in the room that we wouldn't figure out what it was or where it came from. The beds were fantastic. The hottub has been removed. Breakfast was hot scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles and the usual cold offerings. If you love wineries and great food go a mile from the hotel and check out Librations winery. Fantastic service, atmosphere, food and they had a great patio area and playyard for kids.
