Upon arrival at 4pm I had to ring the bell twice and wait several minutes for someone to come and check us in. The roof in the hall was leaking into a mop bucket just sitting in the middle of the floor. And we barely got any sleep because the walls were super thin and we had loud snoring on one side and a screaming toddler in the other. It was fine for our one night stay but I won’t be returning.

Very friendly staff, always a help. Rooms are very clean and any issues are taken care of promptly. Breakfast is better than most places, including eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits, and even a waffle maker.

Clean modern and very spacious rooms. Every thing needed was provided. Ironing board, coffee maker,hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner. Front desk person very friendly and accommodating. Only thing lacking a little was the breakfast buffet.milk and juice need a little more attention concerning freshness. Hot foods also need a little more attention where freshness is concerned. Other than the buffet everything was wonderful.

Wonderful staff and very accomadating. One of the best hotels to extend with. Fast and zero issues. The breakfast assortment was surprising, with eggs and sausage, waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy, and more! All at a fair price, lower than other hotels in the area. Would recommend to anyone and we will return anytime I need to be around the grove city outlets!
