This is an older dated property. If you were expecting brand new, don’t. My room was fine. The indoor pool was fine. All in all I had a nice weekend stay

We flushed a stink bug down the toilet, we had fruit flies flying around, spiderwebs in the corners of floor and ceilings and the jetted hot tub didn't work. Definitely will not be staying here again.

My reservation was for a two bed room, instead they put me in a room with a king size bed. They were able to give me another room. The property requires a lot of work. There was no working outlet by the bed to charge my phone. The heating unit ran either too hot or too cold. They were going to change out the unit on the day we checked out. The bathtub was rusty. The toilet clogged. The bed sheets were stained. The elevator broke down, which they fixed. I will say that no matter what problem occurred the staff went out of their way to try and fix it. They have plans in the works to totally renovate the place. Since we were only in the room to sleep, it was adequate for what we needed. But I question whether I would stay there again. You get what you pay for.

Broken entry door lock. I was locked in my room due to the interior slide lock. Also broken. There wasn’t even a lock on the bathroom door. I have pictures and video that I could send. I recommend that you not put this property in your rental options.

Cute cozy comfortable quiet hotel you can't even tell you're by the highway. Staffed was friendly and commentating. One of the best hotels I stayed in in a while

I went for the pool which was closed down I drove over 2 hours for my anniversary. The place was not clean it said there was breakfast the got cold muffins and there was coffee which I can’t drink. All the ice machines were broken. My heat was broken in my room it was just over all horrible. But at least I had my jetted tub I guess.
