We had to call the front desk about a party. They responded ut it only lasted a couple of minutes. Ended up calling the police. After theyleft the quiet lasted 2 minutes.

Everything was very clean, and well maintained. Had a issue getting my tv to work and the front desk manager was up in a minute to fix the issue. Hot breakfast was nice (quick panckake maker) and fresh fruit and yogurt.

The hotel had a decent breakfast, especially liked the pancakes. The carpet was dirty in our room. The toilet paper holder was very far from the toilet. There were no outlets available at the bedsides. The mattress pad and the sheets were not on the bed very well and slid off.

Great All Around Experience
Price was excellent especially when you consider what you get! Great room, comfortable bed and nice breakfast included! The staff was very accommodating and friendly! The only thing that I didn’t care for was that the smoking area was right at the entrance making it a little hard to breathe going in and out.

We switched rooms immediately due to the smell of cigarettes and urine. In the second room, there was hair in the sink, mold on the shower curtain, and bugs in the bathroom. The guest across the hall was screaming disruptively. We left and found somewhere else to stay, it was that bad.

It wasn't horrible, but has definite room for improvement. Entrance to property cannot be seen in the dark. No illuminated sign to direct was seen. Missed it once turned around almost missed it again. Big boxes sitting in hall almost in the way of the elevator, so careful maneuvering was required with luggage cart. Laminate flooring in hallways -thats new. Doesn't sound buffer at all people going up & down the hallways. Room was basic which was expected. However, there was a previous guests food in fridge and food under bed our service dog found. Thought a lamp was out but turned out it was unplugged. To give credit, the clerk offered to move us but after 9hrs on the road it was too much of a hassle. It served its purpose, but wouldn't return.

Bed was hard, sheets were dirty, blankets were dirty, carpet was dirty, pillows were extremely lumpy. The hotel became very loud at 5am. Could hear all the people and could hear toilets flushing in other rooms. Breakfast was limited and orange juice container was dirty. The staff were nice and the bathroom and towels were clean.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating however our sink water was draining extremely slow. Just caution - the hotel staff did not close our door after they did their cleaning or work. Good thing nothing was missing.

The street light was not working, and I drove by the place a couple of times before finding the hotel. the hotel is not right on the street, but on a hill off of the street.
