Lo más conveniente en precio por la zona. Pero tuve mala experiencia (junto a otros huéspedes) recibiendo la habitación dos horas después del check in aun teniendo reservación. La excusa fue que no estaban listas. Se me ofreció un ascenso de habitación bajo cobro extra para poder entregar una habitación más rápido

No respetaron mi reservación. Pésimo servicio

No respetaron mi reserva, a pesar de que avisé desde el principio que llegaría a las 8:30 pm. Cuando llegué como 8:15, avisé en recepción que tenía una reservación. Me preguntó la recepcionista por qué medio la hice y cuando le dije que por Hoteles.com me respondió: ah, está cancelada. Su argumento es que tenían mucha demanda y a las 5 pm cancelaron a los que no habían llegado. Argumenté que lo avisé desde mi reserva original, pero de nada sirvió. Pregunté si nos iban a ayudar siquiera a encontrar otro hotel y me dijo que no trabajan así. Ante tal informalidad, cancelé otra reserva que tenía con ellos cuatro noches después, aunque con esa actitud tan negativa, no creo que les preocupe. Sugiero que Hoteles.com tome nota de estas fallas ya que de alguna manera afecta su imagen.

El personal es muy atengo y amable en su trato. El hotel está muy bien ubicado para todo lo que yo ocupé. El precio muy accesible. Solo le falta la alberca que aparece en los promocionales y no cuentan con ella.
