Shuttle stop and cups

Shuttle information says to take shuttle from Dulles at stop at 2H but it 2G. That should be changed. I missed the shuttle because of it. Not a luxury hotel but not terrible either. Expensive breakfast and hard to find cups and utensils. Coffe cups were not provided willingly they had to be asked for even though there were coffee pots on all the tables. Maybe people had been stealing them? Most staff were very friendly and the night I arrived had been horrible with delays and thunderstorms, so I did feel bad for the shuttle drivers who had to take the heat from that.

My overnight stay before a sat morning flight out

This was a nice looking hotel. Almost everything was reasonable for its price... However no microwaves in the room for over $150 per night?? Really? How am I supposed to eat the on site restaurant leftovers without getting sick? Other than that my biggest complaint was the Complimentary airport shuttle service... I asked a direct question, " if I want to be at the airport at 5:30 am what time do I need to be ready and waiting for a shuttle?" My answer was an exasperated" the shuttles run every half hour 24/7" which is a lie because if you want a shuttle between midnight and 6 am you have to request it specifically... Next my girlfriend was returning to the hotel after saying goodbye to me at the gate.... Every half hour turned into a solid hour and a half .. she saw a shuttle after a hour 6:37 am and tried to board so she could return to the hotel... She was told she couldn't board because he had to go get gas but another shuttle would be there in five minutes.... 45 minutes later another shuttle showed up and picked her up at 7:48... This shuttle service is unorganized, undependable, and rude. Between that and the lack of a microwave in the room my stay was not worth the price I was charged... Granted it was clean and the bed was comfortable but service leaves a more lasting memory and feeling

Great Hotel with a few minor problems

Issues: I had to wait for the shuttle van for over an hour. I called and they kept saying 10 mins but there were three other families waiting with me for most of the time. By the time the shuttle arrived, there was an overflow that was left behind. Not sure what engineer decided to put the toilet paper so close that an average person had to slide to the side to use the bathroom because it wouldn't allow your right leg to sit properly. Pro: The staff, especially in the bar/restaurant area, were great. the check in was easy and dinner was fine.
