When we got there it exceeded our expectations hotel lobby is beautiful and the rooms are great and well put together . Only thing for me are the beds they are a bit too firm for me . But overall not too bad for a couple nights stay. Breakfast was delicious , the cute little snack bar downstairs is cool too . They have ramen soups and drinks with chips , accessibly there 24/7 and they also have free tea and coffe throughout the day as well . Great will book again

Very nice stay near Washington Dulles Airport
Very friendly staff who recognized hotel loyalty membership/status despite having booked through hotels.com. Room was large and clean. Appears to be recently renovated or new based on condition of the hotel/room. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Cold cereals and milk, fresh fruit (apples, oranges, bananas, and sliced cantaloupe, pineapple, and blueberries), premade egg white omelettes, bacon, and tater tots, breads/pastries, yogurt, make your own waffles, with coffee and juices.

David at the front desk brought the customer experience to the highest level. Very Professional and made you feel truly at home. The continental breakfast had something for everyone. If I ever need to stay in the Herndon area it will be here. Thank you for a stress free weekend.

Clean, comfy, and kindness!
Only there for one night, but it was a great stay. The bed was big and super comfy and CLEAN. Everything about the whole hotel is super clean. Wonderful hot breakfast. But we want to shout out the shuttle driver David. He absolutely made our time there pleasant and was super helpful and kind. We're so grateful to have picked this hotel out of the many.

The shuttle service was convenient and easy to use. David and Ayden were absolutely wonderful shuttle drivers. They gave us some wonderful options to go for dinner. The hotel itself is close to the airport, room was clean and the service was excellent.
