Not the best stay I’ve had

I had a late check in after an eight hour international flight, and was told checkout was not until noon. It was really upsetting to have housekeeping, knocking and yelling at my door at 8:07 this morning when I was barely awake and certainly did not want to be Awake or up. The rest of the stay was fine other than that. Housekeeping knew good and well that I had not checked out yet. What is the point of turning over the room when I’m still in it?

The room was great...clean. The website said the pool was closed until July 13th. However, i arrived with family on July 11th and the pool was open. We had not brought bathing suits since the pool was supposedly closed. We were very diappointed regarding the use of the pool.

This is a temporary living arrangement while AC unit was not keeping up with the 100+ degrees weather. Our 2 nights stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Herndon-Reston made the hectic couple of days not only less stressful but enjoyable. Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. This hotel is well kept and inviting, and I highly recommend this place.
