Anytime I visit my family in Virginia, I make sure I stay at the Hyatt Place Herndon Dulles East on Sayward Blvd. We absolutely love this hotel for it’s location, customer service, cleanliness, comfort and availability.

Very comfortable stay! Both staff members at the front desk were great to deal with upon check in and check out! Both were super friendly even though it was late in the night and early in the morning for our interactions. Comfortable stay for an overnight before heading to the airport. The park and fly package was great! The shuttle was convenient and prompt for departure and arrival. Very nice area/location with lots around!

It was an average hotel that served the purpose. The breakfast area was clean and the location was close to the airport. The room was musty smelling but clean. Overall 3 of 5 stars. I stayed here twice in the last 3 months. Not a bad hotel but could be better.

My mom waited more than an hour for the staff to find her reservation. She had a fever, asked them to please do anything, she showed them the receipt of the hotel room I bought her. The manager showed up in pajamas and found the reservation right away. Mom woke up in the middle of the night with a cockroach on her forehead, went into the bathroom and found another in the sink.

Disappointed

Room was fine. It was clean and everything was functional, except the hot water. There was no hot water and they wouldn’t fix it, nor did they have other rooms. Very disappointing.
