Breakfast so yummy. Check-in quick! and Friendly. It was check-out that was strange -- I'd booked through Hotel.com, so they couldn't give me a receipt. But couldn't check me out either ??? I waited for management to come, didn't appear so desk clerk said she Could check me out (when the opposite was true 10 mintues before). Still don't know if I've been checked out. I have to ask Hotel.com for a receipt to know if the deposit was fifteen or fifty??? deposit was returned to my card.

The hotel is nice unfortunately we have an issue with our reservation, was ask by the staff to call hotels.com try for about an hour when I finally was able to get someone on the phone she sound like she was in another country we could not have a good connection, no solution to me issue, finally someone at the hotel woad able to help, but it took him a couple of hours to figure out what happen, will not use hotels.come again

Washington D.C. Trip.
I had a very nice stay for two nights. The shuttle bus to Dulles Airport was excellent. The staff was so kind and helpful. The lady that cooks the breakfasts is a real pleasant person. Shes very talented and the breakfasts were scrumptious!! The Metro is less than two blocks away. Thank you to all the staff! Happy Holidays!

Unfortunately, no effort to provide an early carry-away breakfast boxes or sacks. Also, odd that they charge for parking when the Marriott Courtyard who share the same oversized parking lot does not.
