Our first room smelled like something had died. Our TV wouldn’t work so they offered a new room which we gladly took mostly because of the smell. The new room smelled a bit like cigarettes but so much better than the dead thing. Pool area was really gross. Looked like someone has opened a diaper all over the deck. Chairs were filthy, tables were dirty. I had to use a towel to sit. Smelled awful. Kids only started a few minutes. Beds were fine, we appreciate the pull out as an extra bed and all extra bedding was already there. Haven’t had the breakfast yet but fingers crossed.

Everything was excellent. The only problem was when I was ready to wash the washer and dryer did not do what it was supposed to do. I always stay in this hotel and I will stay again.

If traveling to Florida or the coast this is a great place to stop as very convenient to the highway. The staff is fantastic and very helpful. The location is noisy and busy.

Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. There was an odor in the hallways and the room, not sure if it was the cleaning products or what. Not horrible but definitely noticeable. Bed was comfortable. We booked this hotel for the pool but the pool was not even in operation so that was disappointing.

The front entrance smelled of cigarette smoke and old ashes as you enter the building. Employee was sitting outside the entrance door smoking. The pool was closed, and that’s the only reason I booked this hotel. Water damaged ceilings. Hallways smelled dirty; unkept. Bathrooms had mold and mildew.
