Front desk was very friendly and helpful. I got a smoking room and it was a large room and it was clean as far as the bed and floor. The TV was new, fridge worked, microwave was clean plenty of pillows. Only complaint would be the bathroom shower has paint chipping off very bad but they are remodeling and we were told that would be fixed. As a whole, I had a pleasant stay, not loud or crowded and for the price it I would stay again.

Staff: very helpful, friendly Room: tired, floor not clean, the bathroom shower curtain was not put on correctly, we had to try to figure it out ourselves. The tub was old with coating that had peeled off. The bed was comfortable, and clean. Parking was convenient, right outside our room, but it felt a little sketchy, (there were people hanging out in their cars and the parking lot) It was quiet, but I felt a little uncomfortable going out to my car after dark

Furniture damaged. Electrical outlets unsafe. Most outlets didn’t work. Burns in bedding. Toilet had severe surface damage. Closet rack only connected to one wall. Couldn’t hang clothes. Door frames rusted out. Place needs to be torn down.

The room had a very strong smell of sewage and pot, the halls were filthy and the door to the parking lot was not locked. We had to leave, it felt unsafe and uncomfortable. They said they would give us a refund but still have not given us a full refund yet.

Shower was broke, toilet over filled on an empty flush. They moved us rooms, to a room that card reader didn’t work. Had to go back to desk after driving 9hrs at 1 in the morning. Next night the door still wasn’t fixed couldn’t get into our room after being at the race track all day and night at midnight. Was not a good stat at all.

This was a handicapped room with a broken couch, broken table. Unusable tv, could not get hot water from shower. Great bed. No hot good left for breakfast goers at 8 AM. User friendly for day laborers not travelers.

I did not select a smoking room. I have a wife and kid with severe asthma however thats what I was changed to by expedia or the hotel. Property also had people just randomly hanging out of the rooms and people fixing cars in the parking lot.
