The staff was extremely nice, the property was under construction which we knew going in but the construction workers partying outside by the guest rooms at night was a surprise to us. The pool was ok, pretty dirty but we were able to hang out by it and let the kids play in the courtyard to burn some energy. The actual rooms were updated but dirty. Nothing we weren’t able to get fixed by the staff who again, was fantastic.

Surprise during check-in

I was quite shocked as the check in required $200 cash preferred deposit. I had already paid for the room. We did not use the restaurant/ lounge/ pool or fitness center.
