I was told there would be a $50 deposit even though I reserved this and paid for this room on Expedia. I was also getting two queen beds from Expedia and although I showed the paperwork to the woman at the counter the room she gave me had one full bed. When I called down to the front desk she said the paperwork said one bed it did not it said two queen beds. I chose not to argue with her. As soon as I walked into the room it was overwhelmingly disgusting smelling it smelled dirty I don't know if it was from animals or because they don't ever clean the carpet I have no idea but it was disgusting I had to open the window on the second floor just to air the room out. The people above me were stomping around until 2:00 in the morning. I would never ever ever ever get a room at this hotel again.

Great competitive price

I was traveling for a work event and the recommended hotels were over double the price. This location was maybe a block away and had good ratings. The check in was quick, the room was ready early and was clean. My only minor complaint is the bed pillows. Other than that, I was impressed with the quality for the price!

Comfortable Stay at a Good Price

We had an extremely late check-in and I was nervous about even making it before 2am. The night manager was waiting for me - I didn't even have to ring the doorbell at 1:50am. He was very pleasant. Breakfast was good - not great, but good. I used the fitness center. It was adequate.

Price for a 1 night stay was fair yet the two dbl beds were kinda of small for us wished there would have been larger as well as the pillows. Ok for stay before a scheduled surgery at Frye though.
