The hotel offers all night onsen bath, as well as complimentary ice popsicles and mini ice cream treats for you to enjoy after taking a bath (or not). Actually its all good ecxept for the check in process. We arrived before 3pm then when the time to check in at 3pm there is a long line in the reception .We had to wait for 35 to 40 mins to received the keys . I think they need to add more staff on their check in process to have smooth check in ...

Very clean, friendly staff, coffee & tea was available, coin laundry, and luggage storage. There's a bright sitting area with books, tables and plugs available for use on the first floor - also where the breakfast buffet is served. We only stayed one night but would happily stay here again.
