とてもお風呂が良かったです
貸切風呂は広くてお湯もとてもよくとても気持ちよかったです 家族にも好評でした 外のお風呂も予約したのですが宿のお風呂が良すぎて長風呂してしまい いけませんでした 次回はぜひ外のお風呂にも行きたいです！

食事が美味しく、量も多いので満足出来ています。　建物は古いのですが清潔感がありました。接客も良いです。但し、布団が薄く残念でした。

海の幸とお料理を楽しむにはお勧めです。
お部屋と施設の構造は歴史を感じますが畳も壁も新しく清潔感はありました。防音において隣の声が響くのが気になりました。室内のお風呂は使用しませんでした。お料理が美味しく盛り付けや演出も工夫されていて素晴らしかったです。 コーヒー☕️サービス喫茶が閉店していて残念でした。駅が近くて海へ散歩もできリフレッシュできました。温泉街は寂しい状況でしたがまた食事を楽しみに行きたいと思います。

外国人の友達と一緒だったので、食事のお品書き等も英語で出してくれたらありがたかったです。他はとても満足してました。荷物を運んでくださったり、布団の出し入れも全て食事の時間帯にして頂いたおもてなしは、友人が特に感動してました。ありがとうございました。

良い思い出になりました
料理も温泉も、宿の方の対応も期待以上でした。料理は素晴らしい味で、品数が多く、さらに量もたくさん。見た目も良くて楽しい気持ちになり、夕食も朝食も大満足でした。温泉は、驚くくらい気持ち良い湯加減でした。部屋についていた半露天の浴槽が広くて、2歳の子が大はしゃぎ。また、宿の方には、本当に気持ち良い対応をしていただき、人の良さが伝わってきました。今回は3世代での家族旅行でしたが、とても良い思い出になりました。この宿を楽しむ目的で熱川に行く、その価値のある宿でした。

お料理がとても豪華で美味しかったです！品数も多く大満足です。個室で召し上がれるのも良かったです。 お部屋は少し古い感じでしたが、広くてゆっくり出来ました。 ただレンタルの浴衣が破けていたのが残念でした。 温泉も思っていたよりぬるかったのでもう少しお湯の温度が温かければ良かったなと思います。 スタッフの方々は全員感じが良かったです！ また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

かけ流しの良いお湯で、のんびりできました。 施設は、古いですが手入れをきちんとしているので、気になりませんでした。 夕食朝食ともに、量と質もしっかりしていて、満腹でさた。夜食に、蒸し芋と、出発時に温泉蒸し卵まで頂きました。 大きい露天風呂付きの、お部屋でした。 展望は、望めませんが広くて、ゆったり入れました。 また、泊まりたいと思います。

新館の方に泊まらせていただきました。赤ちゃん連れのため、トイレにオムツ用のゴミ箱を設置してありとても助かりましたが、ミルクのお湯を使おうとしたら電気ポットの中が錆びていてビックリしました…(すぐに交換はしてもらえましたが) 部屋の露天風呂は、少し小さめではありますがとても気持ち良かったです❗

小さい子連れにもオススメ
とにかく料理がスゴイの一言。 味はもちろん、目で見ても楽しめる演出もあり、子供も喜んでくれました。 小さい子連れだっただけに、夜泣きなど周囲に迷惑をかけやしないか心配したが、旅館の方々の細やかな気遣いが、ありがたく感じました。
