Comfortable safe stay with joyful smile

From pre booking to arrival check in and checkout Esther and Maria were very helpful in assisting in a pleasant and professional way. I was very grateful for the airport transportation assistance arrangement done by Esther which was done accurately and safely. Warmth welcome from the staff they even speak English and make sure that everything is up to your standards and liking during your stay in the hotel . Great stay at El Naranjo.

The hotel is in a great area and very accessible. The hotel is very new and well Kept. The rooms are large with a large bathroom and walk-in shower. We used it for some pre-wedding preparations and pictures. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. The comfort and modern style of the room is a great value for the price.
