Stayed here while playing in a softball tournament...its about an hour drive to St George where the fields are...since our games started early, i was able to witness some of the most beautiful sunrises i have ever seen....the place is secluded, our backyard was this mountainous monument...observe the check-in hours because if you roll in after hours, i would recommend calling the place and speaking with a person the day before so you know exactly what you need to do to get into your room...i arrived almost 10pm and had the door code to get into room..unfortunately, the code did not work...so i called the # and was able to get the code reset over the phone...thank you for answering...very clean and well lit room...you will be showering in soft water...ample parking right in front of your room...gas and eateries are down the hill like one reviewer mentioned...if you like a quiet place, you will not be disappointed...

Loved the room and the stay. The staff was personable and friendly. The hotel was much further from the national park than advertised. It was not conveniently located. The dining in the area was limited and very poor (not the hotel's fault). I would love to stay again but would not due to the limited food opportunities and distances.

Super flexible check in and check out process! Beautiful surroundings and have a great Mountain View from the patio, and we will definitely be back in the future! The room is very clean and well maintained as well!

no flexibility

This hotel had no flexibility for a family emergency where we tried to change our reservation to one day later. They stuck to there no refund policy to the letter. I guess its a learning experience in human nature. Not happy and will not book here again!

Great little place!! We had requested a double room and were upgraded to the suite (114) with a queen bed, and fold our futon. 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen... it was great Clean. Communication was good with Elaine!
