Great place, great spot near everything, my only issue was there was no elevator, getting out luggage up the stairs was a little challenging but we got it done, in all fairness the desk clerk did offer to help, overall it was a great experience.

Very good location. Clean room. Pillows uncomfortable and no comfortable chair in the room but would stay here again but on the first floor. No elevator so hauling everything up a flight of stairs was tedious. Breakfast was good. Staff was great!

We were greeted by the friendliest staff member Connor. It is rare that you find such a great employee. He offered us cookies even. Helped us to get our room number when we had forgotten which room it was. Everything was great about the hotel except the mattress was a bit worn out making it not as comfortable as it could have been. Connor 5+ stars though.

The front desk employees were super nice. I could tell they did some upgrades to the room, like new furniture, beds, TV and mirror in the bathroom, which were very nice, but the carpet needs replacing and the wallpaper was coming off the walls.

We stayed in one of the apartments but were never told before arrival that it was not located within the hotel. It was across a busy street. Since I was traveling with my 80 yr old mother neither the breakfast nor the pool amenities were very convenient. Last thing that I would want to do is get in my car in a wet swimsuit. Also, there was never any maid service and they expect you to take your garbage to the dumpster. Even though you are paying a full motel rate for these rooms, you do not receive the amenities that the other rooms get. Additionally, the room did not feel secure. There was a code to get in the door and no secondary lock, like a deadbolt, to help you feel secure. And since the door opened outwards there wasn't anyway to block the door to prevent entry in the middle of the night. All in all, I will not stay there again.

We stayed in this hotel a year ago but due to availability we stayed across the street in their apartments called Highline. At first we weren’t sure of the location or room until we entered room. It was actually better, the room was off to itself with a kitchenette and couch with tv. You can sit out on the porch if you are on second floor and watch the traffic go by. The only thing I would suggest is having lamps in the living room area and bedroom. The a/c unit was loud but honestly which hotel has a quiet one. I would recommend this hotel. Oh forgot welcome chocolate chip cookies are the bomb.
