Four people stayed in the room. We needed an extra blanket, but they were out. The sofa combed mattress was very old and needed to be replaced immediately. The mattress had uneven springs, and it was totally uncomfortable.

Extra effort should have been made
They didn’t allow pets. I booked the room 9 months in advance thinking they allowed pets. Even declared we would have a dog. They replied with a message. I never noticed it. Something that important and the fact that the booking remained would warrant a phone call or something. We were there for a big dog show of 800+ dogs. We were in serious danger of having no room available to stay in for 3 days. We got lucky and were able to find one 30 minutes from the venue. I better not be charged for a room we weren’t able to stay in.

Staff is wonderful, very friendly. Clean hotel, and room. The general area of the hotel is very loud ( with highway and exit directly beside ) and the only food options are standard fast food style, with very small & crowded parking lots. I would only recommend staying this area if you are traveling & in need of rest… However I will look for Fairfield Inn & Suites at the top of my list when traveling elsewhere, very good experience.

Well, my shower was ice cold, tried several different times of day, just never got hot water! Shower stall looked new, maybe a plumbing issue? 2 lights were burned out in my room, making it dark. The only staff I saw consistently was the breakfast lady. Front desk was gone ALOT!
