Room was ok but the bed was terrible... What looked like pubic hairs in the Jacuzzi. Worst part was all the weird people hanging around the building... Staff was nice and it wasn't the worst place we have stayed

Great staff. Nice room. I received an upgrade and was surprised to have a jacuzzi in our room. Some changes were made at hotel which were disappointing otherwise I would have given 5 stars as in the past. There was always fresh fruit (bananas, oranges & apples)in the lobby when we checked in but no longer. They still offer cold water, coffee & tea. Nice breakfast assortment but no longer did they offer hot chocolate or fresh oranges. Upon check out we used to receive goody bags containing water, crystal light drink powder, a fruit bar & a wrapped apple. I was told they’re only for gold members now & that they only have chips in them. I was offered bottles of water which I gratefully accepted. I would still stay here as it is conveniently off I 77 & just south of I 81. There are several gas stations & places to eat at this exit as well. Also a quiet location.

The room was very clean and comfortable, plenty of nice fluffy towels. I was especially impressed with all of the available places to plug in electronics. The breakfast was impressive for a small hotel so many choices both hot and cold and the waffles were delicious! I would gladly stay there again.

Staff is excellent!! Property is clean and super convenient. Hot tub and pool are very warm, mattresses are firm. Breakfast is an excellent value, huge variety, and lots of it. The only negative, for me, is that for some reason everything made of metal is rusted; coat hangers don’t slide smoothly on the rusty closet rod, and just looks bad in the pool area. Would absolutely stay here again.

Let me start by saying this rating has nothing to do with the staff. They were courteous and accommodating. Everything seemed clean. The problem was finding bedbugs in my daughter's bed at 11 pm and having to move to another room, pulling everything apart to check for more bugs, and being paranoid for the rest of the night. We won't be going back.
