The room smelled musty and I’m pretty sure there was mold around the window/ac unit. There was some sort of street light outside my room window and the shades were inadequate to block the light during the night.

Room was nice. The couch pullout bed was a 1" thin cushion. It was as good as a thick blanket covering the bars. The pillows were tiny and very cheap. King size bed was clean and comfortable. Indoor pool and hot tub was heated. My biggest complaint is they called my room 8:45am and woke me up because they claim someone said we checked out, then she reminded me I needed to be out by 11. I know, I had my alarm set for 10am lady. I did fall right back to sleep but less than 20 minutes later cleaning crew pounding on my door. It definitely felt like they needed the room I was in. Let people rest until 11am!

First we got there to check in at 3:30 and no one was there. Called several times left messages. Finally talked to another patron and they called and finally owner came to check us in an hour later. The first room was not what I booked and had to show proof of what I reserved. Finely room way out of date tub sinking into floor door had cracks in it so you could see and feel cold from outside. Would not stay again

The room and the staff were excellent!! Our room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was big and very nice! That being said we drove from Florida to this hotel and we picked it because it had a hot tub. The pool/ hot tub area was awful. It was so hot you couldn’t breathe. The pool and hot tub are stained with what looks like rust. The hot tub was not hot. We didn’t use it because the condition was so poor.

Wasn’t sure to expect from a small town like this but incredible hotel. Beautiful and better than I even expected and I pretty much always have high expectations for the hotels that I book in this hotel definitely did not let me down. We’ll stay again.
