The property is located right on the ocean. There is a nice park also adjacent to the property. Property is quite old and could really use updating. Also we were too hot at night as there is no air conditioning.

Hidden gem

Super clean, comfortable, and safe. Don’t let the dates outside fool you; this was a bargain! No elevator or a/c but ceiling and floor fans kept room cool, plus the constant “attic” fan circulating air. Full fridge and kitchen set up. I’d stay again.

Our lanai was overlooking Reeds Bay for beautiful views of sunrise. The staff were very kind. The parking was free. It's close to the airport, but not easily walkable to downtown. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Great value. Also a lovely public park next to the hotel.

The view from our room was simply breathtaking. At sunset and sunrise, it was truly beautiful. The hotel is older and a bit dated, but the room was quaint and cute. We knew ahead of time that there was no Air conditioning, but it would have been nice if there was at least a window unit. The owners are an elderly couple who sit out by the front pretty much all the time. There is a large refrigerator in the room with a small kitchenette. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Sufficient

We just needed a place to sleep for one night and it was sufficient and it was clean. Our view was the back of the next door hotel and parking lot which echoed with drunk people singing.. had to close our windows when woken by them. Outdated.

I was a little skeptical at first but im glad i stayed there. The staff was friendly especially the maids they were friendly and whenever you pass they would always say good morning or hello. The security at night was friendly. If the lot looked full he would find a parking spot for us. Although they didnt have an ice machine they provided me with a bag ice which was better for me, a lot cleaner. No ac only fans but definitely did not need an ac, the room was very cool. Bonus is that there was a full size fridge. I would stay there again.
