Staff was very kind and friendly but it is much different than the pictures and seems extremely run down for the price. we found much nicer locations for cheaper this isn’t a terrible last resort but it isn’t what is advertised

Clean room great view on 3rd floor corner unit. No air conditioning and it was beautiful blowing all night. Beds are nice small kitchen. Perfect for our stay and staff was very nice.

Clean and more updated rooms, friendly staff. Bed and pillows were comfortable. But the planes will wake you up late at night and/or around 6 am. The wifi doesn't really work.

The room was clean although in need of an upgrade. Bed was comfortable. Needed assistance to open the balcony sliding door, was very hard and stiff. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, service could not be faulted.

We had the end room with ocean view. Convenient hotel with helpful staff. Visit rainbow falls, boiling pots and lili’uokalani gardens all near the hotel.
