Front desk attendant was extremely rude. He was unkind and dismissive. Overall, room was clean. Lobby smelled terrible. GPS takes you down a dark alley to get to hotel.

Monotonous and horrible breakfast, with no hot meals like eggs, sausages and waffles. No sliced bread, just carbohydrates loaded bagels and muffins. Room has barely any wardrobe space. No drawers which was very inconvenient, especially for a week’s stay. Fridge size was so small with no freezer section. Could barely fit few pop bottles and cans. Due to this missed out on getting ice cream tubs and key lime pies. No microwave in the room. Even basic low end motels offer this feature. This was our 3rd stay at this location. The previous two were with Best Western. Liked our stay with Best Western and the amenities it provided hence returned to this location even knowing that it was taken over by Hilton. Will have to consider another hotel if we do return to HHI.

This hotel was modern, clean and has a nice continental breakfast.The pool was crystal clear with nice lounge chairs. The front desk attendant was not very friendly, plus didn't offer a greeting. The entire interaction with her felt like I was a burden for her. Overall, a great hotel.

The stay was very nice. Only one glaring problem- the bathtub had NO safety strips or bath mat for stable footing while taking a shower. Very slippery bottom of tub

Not so good, it is an are bones hotel . For the money charged, it could provide more amenites(coffee maker in the room,microwave,a comfortable chair maybe even a treadmill that worked right). I don’t think I will stay here again

Loved that we were able to walk to the town in less than 20 minutes and could also take the free shuttle if we wanted to. The breakfast is very pityful - Bagels and muffins everyday is not ideal for breakfast. No hot chocolate The breakfast needs to be worked out because that was a big NoNo

This place is just okay, which was my expectation but a few other things made it lower than my basic expectations. We arrived an hour early and asked for an early check in and they said they could not accommodate that. We asked if they could store our luggage (as most hotels can do) so we could go get something to eat and they said they could not do that either. It was not a high priced place, but for what it is willing to offer I think it should have been a much lower price. There was sand in the bathroom, which I do know is hard to get rid of but a vacuum usually works. Otherwise it seemed clean.

No hot breakfast, outdoor style rooms. Gym was awful the interior light cut off every 10-15 min while in use. Front desk service was exceptional though. Beds were comfortable and we had our room serviced daily. Which was a welcome reprieve from all the sand we brought in.
