The stay was good overall but I don’t understand why they charge for self parking at the hotel and a couple of other miscellaneous fees at checkout. I feel that these fees should of been included with the room.

There were ongoing issues with the elevators during the entire stay. Several days, guests were forced to use the service elevators as they were the only ones working. Property was generally in need of updating. Staff was excellent, very accommodating and responsive.

We have stayed at this property four times.The last time was prior to the pandemic in either 2018 or 2019,when it was still a Marriott. We were not able to notice any significant changes.The carpet in the hallways was very worn and there was a lingering musty odor. The buffet at the Cafe was overpriced and subpar.Also,charging $15 to self park daily is outrageous!On the plus side, the staff was excellent,especially the J1’s.

Good location; pool area too crowded and not enough chairs. They want you to rent chairs and charge $200 for a chair instead of just putting enough chairs out to accommodate their guest. Room was many and smelled like mold / mildew. Carpet could use replacing, room was dark .. not enough lighting and one place in the room to plug anything in.
