I love this town and this hotel…. Rooms are set up perfectly! Clean and in a convenient location. We stay here every year when we are traveling through. Also, eat at the cowboy Brazilian Grill, 2 miles down the road.

The pillow had blood stains on it and i had to have it replaced and the shower had a broken shampoo bottle in it. Someone had a dog that kept us from being able to sleep

The staff was super friendly! The room was spacious and well supplied with the necessities. Minor detail…The bedcover is made of a slippery fabric, so it to slid off easily during the night. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

The room was spacious, clean and well furnished. The bed was super comfy. Having the kitchette was a nice bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful with information about the area. Breakfast was a little skimpy but adequate. It was conveniently located and east to find. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I came into town for a golf tournament and was pleasantly surprised with the conveniently located hotel accommodations. My room was very clean, the staff was very polite, and the tasty continental breakfast every morning was an extra bonus.

We stayed 13 days at this property. Nine days past before our room had a full clean following many calls and requests from both my husband and myself. I was told different stories from the manager on call, housekeeping supervisor, front desk staff about full cleaning services every other day, every two days and daily wipe down, towels, trash, and “maybe” make bed. Oddly, vacuuming was not part of a full clean. One had to ask for it. The daily clean and full clean did not happen without much effort on our part. It appears Hilton and this particular hotel is no longer interested in cleaning hotel rooms nor customer service. I asked for a partial refund due to the repeated problem and complaints and was told no.

Easy stop over
Midweek stop in to check on my HHI property. Basic services and good location mid-island. Very comfortable bed. Had a very loudly barking dog in the room next door but that’s on the pet owners not the hotel.
