Great location. Only issue was the elevators. When we arrived, one of the two guest elevators in our building was down. The second day, the orher elevator broke, leaving everyone in the building with only the service elevator. By the time we left, only one of the two guest elevators had been repaired. Other than that, the place was great.

What a difference a year makes. Extremely disappointed in the level of service and the quality of our room. AC was broken during our two night stay and after multiple conversations nothing changed or happened. Finally ended up leaving at 5am because the room would not cool below 73 degrees. They need to complete what they started. Did a renovation but kept out dated equipment in certain areas of the room. Renovation on a budget. Disappointed because last year was such a great experience. Save the time and money and look elsewhere.

Great location to beach. Resort has 3 pools, including an adult pool and 2 bars! Room was very spacious with mini dining table including dishes and silverware. Every floor had free laundry, best amenity for family beach resort so we didn't have to rewaer wet bathing suits. Staff was outstanding. Only 1 elevator was working. There were 2 fire pits and plentiful rocking chairs. Smore kit was pricey at $20 for the box...but if you plan well Krogers is down the street and you can buy everything for quarter of the price. Overall, very family friendly resort.

This is a great option for a resort type feel! They keep this property clean and service is amazing! While there are families with young children, it was still very quiet. I am single and traveled alone. I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. I was impressed with everything they offered! Most restaurants and shopping are within 15 mins of the property.
