The rooms were very clean. The loft room was unique. The property was close to the Harbour Lighthouse and Coligny Beach park. The hotel attendants did did give you a warm friendly greeting. That would of helped out a lot. When quest has traveled hours to get there and your attitude is not that pleasant at all. I had to break the ice then it got better. Expect a lot of kids in the pool area. The loft has two nice bathrooms. The hotel is back in a secluded area. You are charged a 100.00 deposit after leaving they will put it back on your credit card with 3 to 5 business days. The breakfast was good and filling. I was on the 3rd floor and it was quite. They do NOT come and clean your room or bring towels. You go to the front desk for towels. Doe the most part the stay was not bad it was a positive experience.

Location is very close to everything. There is no room service. You leave your towels in the hallway and go down to the front desk to pick up clean towels. The security doors to the floors are not locked like they should be. Coffee is out 24 hours. Some breakfast mornings have a better selection than others. The major problem was a staff member. She was very rude and unwelcoming when we checked in. We explained that there would be a service dog with us. She wanted to question what the dog was with us for, and what kind of medical condition did the person have? One of us lost a room key twice. The second time the same lady told us she wasn’t giving us another key. She would let him in the hallway, but she was not opening up the door. He did finally get in. I suggest front desk training for new hires be required. Had we been greeted in a polite welcoming way our whole perspective of the stay at the hotel would have been more positive. Because of her, we wouldn’t stay again. I read other reviews that also spoke of the staff at the front desk. The evening staff was much more professional.

The hotel and rooms were extremely clean and up to date. It was a bit of false advertisement, the hotel description boosted of trails, bikes, a pool and a gym. There were three pieces of equipment in the gym and only one worked properly. The other two were dangerously broken. There wasn’t a trail And the bikes you had to rent through a third-party company There was a $21 resort fee, but the only thing that really comes with a resort that they had was the pool The staff were very rude and extremely frustrated when having to explain any and everything. It was like it was a big inconvenience to answer any additional questions you had. But imagine the confusion with hidden fees and missing amenities

Property and the stay was over all great. We were not treated kindly when we asked to drop our luggage off before checkin as our flight was earlier than check in. They did do it but they acted as if it was a hassle for them.

Needed to change rooms

Upon arriving to check in, we were offered choice of two rooms 1st floor pool view, or 2nd floor forest view. We chose 2nd floor. Upon arriving there with luggage, we did not like the noisy beverage machine, as well as the elevator directly across and next door to our room. We asked for another room and were told nothing was ready yet at 3:30 pm and they were almost completely full. We waited for about 15 minutes and one room on 2nd floor of a different building became available, but we had to move our luggage from first building to the new building. We were thankful we were able to move, however it seemed like it was much trouble for the front desk to make the change!

Price for the stay. Super clean and rooms were spacious but bathroom is a bit on the small side. The staff wasn’t friendly at check in and the gym needs major upgrades. The gym was extremely hot, the treadmill didn’t incline, there were no free weights, and the weight machine was broken and rigged up for guests to use which is unsafe.

Anniversary getaway

We only stayed in the room one night! I wished we had booked our 3 days here. The room was very nice! Extremely spacious for just the two of us. Very clean, modern room. Bathrooms were very clean. Comfortable bed. Very quiet! Plenty of parking spaces. My only dissatisfaction was the breakfast choices.

The only negative thing I can think of is that I could not find and hot water, tea bags, or packets of hot chocolate in the breakfast room. Otherwise, wed rate it a ten.
