Great customer service!

This was a quick stop for us but it was a good one. We even managed to leave a child’s stuffed animal and they were able to locate it and send it to us! Excellent customer service. Thank you!

First time to Hilton Head Island for just 1 night and we loved this hotel; would definitely come back here again. We had an easy check in, a great room for a great price; perfect for our needs. The staff was very friendly, helpful and hardworking. The room was spacious and extremely clean. Impressed with the size of the fridge (with freezer), comfortable bed (and this may be an unusual comment, but great quality toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towel). We did experience a problem with the WIFI connection, and the staff (son, Noah) really tried to get it resolved, but without success, however this allowed us to put the computer away, and go for a walk about, which is exactly what you should do when visiting here. It was a 15 minute drive to the popular Coligny Beach area which was very trendy and populated. Glad we were able to experience it. Even though there were plenty of restaurants here, we decided to go to the Hudson's Seafood House on the Docks to eat (much closer to our hotel) and which we also highly recommend. We had a short, but very good time and look forward to returning here in the future!

I was pleasantly surprised. At the price I didn’t expect much but the room was spotless and comfortable. The only issue was the office. It’s located in a room at the hotel while the ‘real’ office is vacant. This detracts from the hotel but was a minor issue.

The “lobby” is 2 repurposed hotel rooms on the bottom floor. The person working the desk spoke very poor English and took entirely too long to get us checked in.

The owner is trying to bypass my Expedia booking by offering to charge a certain amount On my card and then give me a third of that back in cash. This is illegal for both the card holder and the merchant.

Very clean, great price, walk to a few restaurants. I was surprised it was as nice as it was. They don’t answer phone or have a functioning website but office was open from about 6AM until 10 PM
