After late arrival, found out that the left side of bed had a smell of what I would consider a dried urine smell. I slept on other side. Alerted mgmt in morning to replace mattress. Also the shower door was hard to open as I was put into a hcp accessible room. The shower fixture was a joke. Had little water pressure.

Breakfast was terrible. Had syrup but no mix for waffles. Juice machine was broken. Had something in their warming tray that I could not determine what it was (dollar sized pancakes or a flat fried egg?). Killed a roach on the table in our room. Won’t be staying here again.

The front desk staff were very nice but this hotel was horrible! The first room we went into had dirty socks and trash on the floor, the tv was missing and it was obvious the room was not cleaned. We got a second room and it smelled like mildew, there was black on the walls, the closet door was broken off, the bathtub was dirty and definitely needed a fixing. Then we found dead cockroaches all around the fridge. Again the front desk was friendly and kind and did not give me any hard time refunding my money for the two rooms we were planning on using that evening
