Ou stay was great. The grandkids enjoyed it. Restaurant staff very attentive. The gentleman at check-in could have been a little more cordial. He needs an attitude adjustment. The hotel valet was great, but because he was assisting another guess had to wait quite awhile so I parked the car myself. You need a second valet on duty. The common areas and rooms seemed spotless. My grandchildren was to go back.

A great area to bring the kids. Room was spacious and was cleaned daily. Unfortunately we had to ask housekeeping to switch out our sheets and broken phone, but neither were done during our entire stay. Wouldn’t really come again as it is also a little pricey…not to mention the added resort fee.

We loved everything about this property! Front desk staff was so kind during check in and provided all of the information we needed for our stay. The room was clean, pool was incredible, and the property as a whole was enjoyable. We loved the walking/biking trails right off the property and the bike rentals. The front desk communicated with us during our stay, and even sent out information about the upcoming storm. We will definitely be coming back here in the future!!

Misleading in upgrades
I’m not sure how I feel about this stay. Overall it was ok. Nice hotel as it was recently renovated and clean. I upgraded the room but I ended up in a corner of the bottom floor. I went from partial ocean view with king size bed and a sofa bed to just one king size bed and no view at all. Nice walk to the beach, nice pool, amenities. Food is ok at the hotel but convenient. The upgrade was just not worth extra $116 per night.

Sonesta Resorts weekend stay
Extremely nice hotel and very friendly staff. The resort needs more staff on weekends. It was very crowded on Saturday, resulting in long waits for drinks/food and running out of towels. Wasnt a huge deal, but for as much as we paid per night and the price of food/drinks, I expected a little better.
