The staff were great to work with very polite. On the other hand I think they need to either hire more staff or teach the staff they have on what cleanliness means. There was dirt everywhere. I also think they need to do some repairs in some of their rooms. In ours the sink’s faucet was loose, I was afraid I was going to break it. Things are so outdated! They also have pieces of furniture randomly placed where they don’t need to be.

Staff was friendly but.....our bed sheets had some kind of sand or graveley substance on them....found a dead fly in the bed and two in the bathroom. Towels were kind of a mix-and-match, not the same. Our key to the outside building door had been deactivated when we had one full night left to stay. To explain the deactibation, the Desk clerk asked if we had 'extended' our stay....we hadn't, we were already booked for that extra night.

Worst place in my life have stayed. Carpet worn & ripped. Thermostate didn’t work, cold at night with no blankets. Wallpaper peeling on every wall. Furniture beat to hell and belongs in a dumpster. Holes in wall filled by a third grader. Caulk on tub & toilet also looked done by a third grader. Mirror had something fastened and either fell off or removed with smear on mirror. Three rooms were rented by 6 people in the 3 rooms said the same about their rooms. None of us will ever stay again at this dump again.

Never have I been in such a dump. Horrible shape. Everything beat to hell. Walls patched by a second grader. Wall paper pealing everywhere. Thermostat pulls and falls off wall so no temperature adjustments. Anything caulked looks a terrible job (tub & toilet). Carpet seems worn away in room & hallway. Will never stay here again & advise you not to also!

The facility was not what was portrayed in the photos. There were holes in the walls, and mold in the bath tub are. The A/C did not work or the heater and you could not turn it off. They only changed towels once, the housekeeping was basically non-existent. The desk clerk was very unfriendly and rude. the carpet was disgusting, just not a warm-feeling place. Would not stay there again, I asked for a refund thru Expedia and was basically stonewalled.

Heat didn’t work… in the 1st room…& our bathroom was spray painted… literally! Thankfully the front desk lady allowed us to change rooms… ( she was very helpful) The fireplace in the fireplace room was tore apart… The entire hotel needs to be taken care of.

It snelled cigarrette smoke the moment we entered the room.even it says no smoking all over the building. The sheets have stains. The water in the toilet was dark when flushed it for the first time. Theres no water in the sink.

Long check in (over 15 minutes.) Pass card would not open door by room, as stated. Heater did not work in room on arrival. View out window: extremely dirty window. Outside was littered with junk. The next day, pass card would not open door to room.

Excellent Staff
The staff at this facility were super Duper awesome! So friendly and helpful. Just genuinely kind people. I stayed someplace the night before who had the opposite type of staff. So it was very apparent to me when I spoke with staff from Hinckley. I wish I had went through the website itself, though so Hotels.com did not charge the facility. The room wasn’t any cheaper for me so next time I want the hotel to get all the money instead of only getting some of it Thanks for the great visit
