This place is a dump! The a/c didn't work. The drapes had holes in them. The walls had holes in them. The bathroom had black mold all over it. The parking lot had huge holes and the only security cameras weren't even connected. It smelled like pot in the hallways. Don't stay here!

Beautiful pine trees in the back. Good price for the area. It's an old motel but for the price it did the job of a good nights rest.

It does not live up to its name "Best Value"

Parking was convenient. A ramp to bring luggage from parking lot to our room would have helped. The toilet thin sheet on the bed was stained. The wall vent cover was missing. The bathroom sink was stained and chipped. The white towels were stained. The picture on your website does not match the room.

The staff was very accommodating but the rooms were dirty, not updated, broken extension cords and smelled like urine and smoke. We need a place to lay our head for a quick turnaround but I was afraid of laying my head on the pillow. It smelled like dirty laundry

What a dump!

Do not stay here. The place is run down and disgusting. The pictures are outdated and the room was dirty. There were broken fixtures, zip ties on the floor. One of the sinks didn’t work. The bed seemed clean but I definitely checked it too and bottom for bugs. I didn’t want to turn off the light just to keep the bugs away. It smells musty and the price is way too high. A motel 6 would be a presidential suite compared to this place. It’s a dump.

So filthy! The shower had someone else's boogers on the shower curtain Along with dirt and mold along the bottom. All the soap containers were empty or had the wrong product in them very poor security

Room was extremely dirty and lights in the bathroom flashed on an off. Toilet was full of #2 when entering the room. No soaps in the shower. Unpleasant stay for sure

This place should probably be shut down. I don’t think the rooms have been cleaned in years. There’s dust everywhere, trash in the corners, a fingernail in the bathroom, and cigarette burns on the carpet. The fridge was moldy, the microwave was dirty, and the desk was sticky everywhere. The rooms smell awful and musty and the “air freshener” in the halls is even worse. Their “breakfast” was burnt coffee, a couple granola bars, and warm fruit cups. The ONLY upside to this place was the woman working the front desk who was very friendly.

I can handle an older but clean property. This place was run down. Arrived late at night and met the desk attendant outside with her friend and his dog. She told me the room had no A/C but the room with air was in another building but it’s not as nice. Since it was so late and I was already worried about this room, I decided not to bother with the worse room. The sink, tub and stool were clean but stained. I was told that I could open the windows for cooler air. The one window was jammed and the window that opened had no screen. In the morning I looked at the windows and saw all kinds of junk outside the window from a broken fence and old shower curtain to old lamp and pails and more. Not our door but the room next door had a two inch hole in it and you could see into the room. No effort made to give these people privacy. The selection of teas was nice, but I won’t ever go back.

Upon arrival I was informed our room’s AC was broken and that we could sleep with the window open to cool the extremely hot room down. I asked if they had a fan that we could borrow as we have two young children and I didn’t feel safe sleeping with the window open on the ground level. They did not have a fan to borrow. Once we got into our room we found garbage in the garbage cans, cleaning supplies which consisted of a broom, vacuum, and a jug of chemicals that were leaking out onto the carpet from the sprayer nozzle. The tv remote barely worked and was very delayed when trying to use it. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
