The hotel was super clean, probably the nicest hotel room we have stayed in! It was very comfy and quiet! Staff was amazing. Lots of dining options. We would definitely stay here again!

I’ve never been one to leave a negative review, but my experience with this place warrants one. The front desk staff at this hotel ALL have extremely poor customer service skills. I’m not sure if there is just a lack of quality candidates to hire in this area or what, but this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with staff. The employee who checked me in only spoke maybe 5 words to me, and never gave me the usual expected run down of the property/amenities, etc until I asked her to do so. Later on, I went down to the desk to ask a different employee if they had any plastic silverware. This person, a short heavy set woman with a salt and pepper crew cut was very short and put off by my request. After she gave me a set of instructions on where to walk through the casino to find the plastic silverware, I asked her to repeat the instructions and that was all it took. She got a major attitude, huffed and puffed, eye rolled, and then openly complained to her coworker about my apparent ridiculous request. I then told the employee that I “hope you have a better night young lady” and walked away. Other than that, the room was nice and clean. Also, I want to mention The Grill House restaurant was AMAZING with excellent food and service. However, my family and I will never return to this hotel.
