The room was quite large and roomy. The bed were very comfortable. Shower was very noisy.. but warm. Disappointed there was no breakfast served. Not a deal breaker. This time of year the place was empty. Didn't see another person.. which we liked. The price was great as the room was pleasant

We had a major snag with the reservation process. This site didn’t have the option to request smoking or nonsmoking room. We were assigned a smoking room (and corresponding cheaper rate) which we didn’t want. Charles at the front desk managed to make the switch after some finagling and a cancellation so we could have the nonsmoking room for both nights. Thanks Charles for saving the day! Please make this clear on Expedia/Hotels.com for the next traveler!

Very worn sink, tub and beds. Stained sink. Smelled musty. TV channels were very few and only half of them had any volume. Cheaper then other hotels but quite apparent why.

The rates charged for this property should be lower. Rooms are very outdated Needs to be sprayed for bugs killed several spiders. Sink was stopped up.Also staff should still knock before entering a room during check out times. I was in room and thank God i had the other lock on the top or somebody would have seen me coming out of shower naked! Even though i heard this was not a good place to stay i thought i would just try for myself and i also was disappointed I drove over an hour away from home for it:( Staff was helpful and nice.

We had a lovely stay at the Grand Hinckley Inn! The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to relax. The staff were warm and welcoming, adding a personal touch to our visit. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub area—well-maintained and perfect for unwinding. A great spot for a restful getaway!

Could not believe the spaciousness of all the rooms, lobby, and pool area. The grand size of the pool area was added to greatly by the glass wall on the west side creating the feeling of being outside. The overall quietude of the place was very relaxing.

TV didn't work

The room, hotel, and staff were satisfactory but after checking in we found that the TV had no audio. Notified the front desk immediately and was told it was the cable provider and nothing they could do about it. At checkout I asked for a discount to make things right for not having any TV and was told they don't do that. If notified earlier we could have made other plans or brought a fire stick.

Was more reasonable for cost to stay for a concert we attended. Room was clean, only complaints is no continental breakfast and for some reason the tv in our room half the channels the volume wouldn’t work.
