Would say the rooms are a 3+ star quality not 4. No air conditioning and room was incredibly hot all night so none of us slept well. Shame as the bed was comfortable and room clean. A mini fridge would have been useful to keep water cold but there wasnt one. Poor impression on arrival with huge wedding reception in central atrium and crowds of people blocking the walk ways. We literally had to walk through a photo booth set up to get access to the communal lift. Pool nice. Central areas of hotel seemed nice but didnt use bar/restaurant.

Hotel is great. Except we had to book a hour slot to use the pool per day. Not ideal, as it wasn't brought to my attention at time of booking. Also, 2 weddings taking place during our 2 night stay, which meant bars were extremely busy. Just wish the hotel had mentioned this at time of booking.

Easy to reach hotel. On 1st impressions the hotel itself & entrance looked like it needed a bit of money spent as carpets looked shabby but once you entered the main atrium & rooms everything improved. A huge hotel with as many rooms so be prepared for lots of walking especially if you're at the end of a very long corridor 😉 Room spotless, 2 large double beds in our room which for a twin room was amazing, beds & pillows were very comfy. Great facilites in room & spa Overall stay ⭐⭐⭐
