Experience was great, stayed for five nights. The rooms are nothing special but the breakfast area and gym are nice. Maintenance and housekeeping was friendly and attentive. Dennis, who cooked and hosted breakfast during the week, was phenomenal. Front desk was friendly and always offered water or complimentary snacks. Have family around the area, would definitely stay again.
My mom and I were visiting family in Glenville, GA and decided this was a grest location. The room was very clean and up to date with quality furniture and appliances. The breakfast had a nice set up and great food. The staff were very professional and hospitable. Every staff member spoke each time they saw us and greeted us with a smile. My mom and I truly enjoyed out visit.
We needed a pet friendly hotel while moving a family member. We arrived later in the evening with the desk staff member being pleasant. No hassle checking in. Already had my info from hotels.com booking. Room was clean, accommodating and quiet, bed was comfortable. Breakfast -great food and an assortment of items. Dennis, can’t say enough about his hospitality. What a great employee to have on staff. Honestly, ALL the staff members were pleasant, hospitable and kind. On our way out, one of the maids, cleaning another room, noticed we were leaving, looked at us and told us to have safe travels. We will be staying at the establishment again.
