We were not able to stsy in our home after Hurricane Helene. We actually ended up staying almost 4 weeks. All of the staffvwas griendly, helpful and would take care of any request promptly. We especially appreciated two of thevemployees. Tae at the front desk and Millie in housekeeping. They both went out of their way to help us when there was no one else we could call.

It was okay.
The location was great with restaurants nearby. The hotel clerk was friendly and helpful. The hotel is under renovation so the lobby restrooms are closed. I didn’t like that at 10 am the lady who cleans was knocking on our door and asked if we had late check out. I told her we were checking out at 11 and she seemed unhappy about that.

Property under renovation and it would have been nice to know that. Our room was part under the Expedia rate which was $50 cheaper had I booked direct. However, the room was not done. Light switch at the door didn’t work. Hot water in the bathroom sink turned off. My husband turned it on and there was hot water but the sink leaked. That told us the contractor knew there was a problem but didn’t address it. And, worst of all. The room smelled very musty. Perhaps they had cleaned the carpet and it wasn’t dry. We stayed in the Ron the first night because it was late when we got back to the room. The staff was fabulous. They moved us to a new room immediately

The hotel was under construction so some things like the pool exercise room was not available, breakfast was available but not the hot food, other than that it was great, staff was very accommodating and friendly, I would definitely go back and recommend.

The Front Desk Clerk Candace is the best but the house keeper on the shift I check out on was horrible liars true this is a non-smoking facility and I do smoke in my car or at the destinated smoking area but they tried to lie and say I smoke in the room mind you this came from two non-smokers long story short Candace a sweet heart she reimbursed my deposit bc you can smell like smoke and don't smoke in the room.

The entire hotel is under construction and no breakfast was offered. This was not disclosed when I booked. Workers cutting and installing tile in foyer/rooms well into the evening.

The room was great. The property was under major renovation. The lobby floor, sitting area and breakfast area was torn apart. Tape, plastic, drywall plaster was everywhere. The staff was very nice. I hope when its all done, it is beautiful.

I liked the staff. The first room assigned to me smelled like meldew and poop. The hall hallway was also smelly. The first floor was under construction. At chech in i had to walk the the construction to get to the room. The was no clear path. Checking out the workers were there working in the entryway. I had ti jump over the work area to get out thr door Also website states breakfast. There was no breakfast. As it appeaers the kitchen was under construction. Therefore i paid for services that were not available.
