Stayed in the "nicest" suite in the hotel rm #104. Stains on : Pull out couch cushions, bedroom comforter & skirt, lamp shade, ceiling, walls, chair cusions, and pillow cases. Pull out couch sheets were used and sained and had chips in it. Below couuch was old rose petals and trash. Bathroom toilet had stsins, toilet tissue holder is old and rusty. Floors and tissue box were sticky. Husband went to store to buy comforter and covers so we could sleep on top of beds with our clothes on for the night. Decided not to risk taking shower with bare feet and just left early the next morning. Such a bad and cringe exoerience. Also soiled towels and sheets in the hallway there for hours. We wll never stay here ever again!!!!

Very disappointed in this La Quinta of Hinesville.

We stayed at this La Quinta a while ago and was pleased. This time the wear and tear is really showing. The carpets are stained and torn in a lot of spots. The furniture needs replacing. The desk chair would tip over if you tried to sit in it. Lamp shades were dirty. I'm actually surprised Wyndham would want their name attached to this Hotel. Next time we will use a different Hotel

The hotel was very clean, appearance and smell wise. Staff was very nice. I did have to be moved to 3 different rooms during my stay due to complications the hotel had but it was handled quick and smooth.

Room smells like mold, air conditioner stop working in the middle of the night. Toilet didn’t flush. T V has three remote none work. Bed was hard as rock water pressure very low.

One of the lights in the bathroom was missing the cover. The bathtub didn’t drain properly. Every morning there were tons of trash bags and dirty sheets lining the halls. The staff were super nice and the lobby was very clean and nice as well. Our room was clean, just not perfect.

Staff super friendly, clean room, but they allow dogs and i got stuck with the room next door a dog barking all night, another room had a couple arguing and they wound up in the hallway yelling at each other and no one from hotel came to stop it

It served its purpose was only there one night, but tv wouldn’t turn off volume wouldn’t go down, one side of remote didn’t work. And there was always something spilled on the floor when I came out the elevator on 1st floor. Staff was nice but no one seems to care enough about property to clean it properly.

Carpet stained and dirty, our shower water handle broke when we turned it on. Water was stuck on. We were told that there was nobody to fix it and no other rooms to change to. We had to spend the evening and all night listening to the water blast and have the room get very humid with the water stuck on until we checked out the next morning.

The front desk staff was nice but housekeeping was horrible. Didnt come for room service and hung a no disturb sign on the door and said i hung it there. Every night that i came back to the room i had to go downstairs and get towels. When i asked housekeeping about it he said they dont have enough towels. They also short of comforters.
