Staff super friendly, clean room, but they allow dogs and i got stuck with the room next door a dog barking all night, another room had a couple arguing and they wound up in the hallway yelling at each other and no one from hotel came to stop it

It served its purpose was only there one night, but tv wouldn’t turn off volume wouldn’t go down, one side of remote didn’t work. And there was always something spilled on the floor when I came out the elevator on 1st floor. Staff was nice but no one seems to care enough about property to clean it properly.

Carpet stained and dirty, our shower water handle broke when we turned it on. Water was stuck on. We were told that there was nobody to fix it and no other rooms to change to. We had to spend the evening and all night listening to the water blast and have the room get very humid with the water stuck on until we checked out the next morning.

The front desk staff was nice but housekeeping was horrible. Didnt come for room service and hung a no disturb sign on the door and said i hung it there. Every night that i came back to the room i had to go downstairs and get towels. When i asked housekeeping about it he said they dont have enough towels. They also short of comforters.

If your going to have free breakfast make sure you have different varieties for people who don't eat pork. They served eggs with pork and beef sausages with pork which several guests upset. When the chef was confronted about it stated that's all we have .

Will Stay Here Again

This hotel was AMAZING! As we pulled up, there was a mother goose with her goslings sitting next to this beautiful lily pad smattered pond. It had a fire pit, grill area, a giant Chess game, a basketball court, a putting green, AND a fabulous pool. WOW! Room was excellent and my favorite: my Westie & Scottie were comfortable. Across the street is THE best BBQ: Willie Jewell's BBQ.

Do not stay here! Absolutely disgusting! Everything is dirty, rooms are nothing like what you book online. Every surface in the room looks like it was wiped with a dirty rag if wiped at all! Roaches!! Lots of permanent guest whos children run the halls constantly and many dogs (clearly not service animals). Elevator does not work! The free breakfast (if you dare eat there because of the roaches) is a battle of seemingly starved children of the permanent guest and/or children of the staff members. Absolutely do not stay here!

Upon check-in, the staff informed me that the hotel was overbooked and had several rooms offline due to room door/key entry was not working. It was suggested that I locate another hotel nearby. After stating that my family and I had drove 3 1/2 hours, we were presented with one of the rooms with a broken entry key/door. This was fine, as it was close to 11pm and needed a room until 7am. Upon entering the room, we found it mostly clean but the furniture was torn, broken, or dirty. I will not stay here again and do not recommend anyone else to do so either.

The pool was down again. Also, my room the door knob was broke. I was locked in my room couldn’t get out. The curtains had big holes all in it. The floor was nasty. I had to go back and re-clean the tubs and sweep the windows had a big old crack in it. The Jacuzzi tub was horrible. It was so horrible. The bathroom closet, dead roaches all in there when I got in the shower, we couldn’t get out the shower because we got locked in the shower because the door wouldn’t open back up. It was just stuck or talking about the shower door the bathroom door one of them you couldn’t get into one side you had to go all the way around the toilet, barely flushed. The carpets were horrible. They’re dirty Filthy
