It was an average room at a fair price. Check in was fast. Sink was cracked. There was no soap anywhere in the room. The AC display was broken so you get whatever you got. Toilet paper holder fell out of the wall. There were shampoo and conditioner dispensers but they were empty.

Room was not up to part. Room was not swept. The AC unit was very dirty. The towel rack in the bathroom was rusty. The sockets in the wall were broken. The stairs we had to use to get to our second floor room were very dirty. The couch in the room had a very large stain on it. The refrigerator was dirty and the light bulbs had spots on them

Our say was absolutely horrible. Upon check in they gave me a $50 hidden fee charge. Also did not have an elevator to take multiple bags up to the second floor. When we got in the room, the hardwood floors were so filthy we kept our shoes on the entire time. The bathroom mirror was dirty. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

When I got there I was helped by a very nice girl, Josolyn. Gave me my room and I went. Get in my room and a/c and telephone both don't work. I go to the front desk and tell Josolyn, so she comes down, fiddles with the controller and tells me it will come on in a minute. So I sat down to wait, did my Spanish homework. I walk up again, and she changed my room. This isn't by considering the last two places I stayed.
