Waited over 15 minutes. Multiple families behind with kids were asking how long was i waiting so i decided to call front desk from my phone. Kind and polite answer with great customer greeting. I said I'm at the front desk waiting 15min and there is line up. Attendant came rushing to the front desk said the it was my fault I did not read the tiny sign at the front desk press the buzzer. I apologized for not noticing the sign and buzzer. Long drive to Hinton need to rest.

The breakfast was good, the lighting was a little off for the mood. And at the end of our stay our card couldn’t work but the lady at th front desk used her master key to get us which was great

Clean room and organized and hallways. Clean linens and bathroom. The personnel and staffs very welcoming and helpful. Instructions clear. Continental breakfast was good. Convenient location. Working elevator. Pets allowed. Self parking. No safe in the room. At time of visit, pool was cold. Hot tub was too strongly chlorinated, itching eyes. Overall good stay for price but don't expect fully quiet as thin walls.

We stayed in the King Suite and had an excellent experience. The room was spotless, well presented, and offered great value for the price. The staff were welcoming and genuinely friendly, which made our stay even better. The continental breakfast was impressive, with hot options like eggs, sausages, and hashbrowns. The pancake maker was out of order during our visit, but everything else more than made up for it. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it.
