Found bed bug in our bed and hair and mattress was all ripped on the side and you could see in it. We contacted reception they were good and gave us our money back. The people are great the hotel needs renovations

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations for the price we paid (CAD \$240 per night). The building, rooms, and even the pool area are very outdated and in need of serious renovation. One of the biggest disappointments was the breakfast, which was included in the price. The options were extremely limited: some scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, coffee, milk, a few jams, and only two kinds of cereal. That’s it. The so-called “included breakfast” did not reflect the cost of the stay at all. What was most frustrating was the waffle station. At 8:00 AM, the dough for waffles was already finished, even though breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:00 AM. When we asked if more would be brought out, the hotel staff responded very rudely and unprofessionally. It’s really disappointing when such simple things like breakfast and staff attitude bring down the overall experience. I gave 3 stars only because the location was convenient, but I wouldn’t stay here again unless improvements are made.
