I mentioned to the front desk there was a street person with a shopping cart checking out the cars. I told the front desk and he said there was not anything he could do. I said it doesn’t look good when checking in. He said he would tell manager. The staff in the pub area were really good.

Overall very noisy and the room was not very clean. The sound transfer between rooms and floors was terrible and the beds were quite uncomfortable. Very little to no options for celiac at the breakfast and not very safe for cross contamination for the food for celiacs if they wanted to eat breakfast at the hotel.

This hotel was better than we had expected. It’s located on the far west side of Hinton, very convenient for our commute into Jasper the next day. A Safeway and Walmart located right next door. Beds were very comfy, room was clean and spacious. The hotel itself was very quiet and the staff was wonderfully pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Continental breakfast with hot options available. I’ll stay here again.

This hotel is so run down - not what it looks like in the pictures. The hot tub was dirty, the towels in the room were threadbare and ripped. There was drilling and vacuuming happening in the hallway right outside our room at like 8am?? The staff was really pleasant but I would never stay here again.
