Check in was easy and the staff were friendly. The room I had, did not look like the picture. It seemed like a work in progress with finishing touches not done. Paint from the ceiling, an inch or more on the top of the walls. The closets did not close properly. Paint drops in the fireplace, etc. The room was not cleaned as much as I would have liked. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the bathtub. There was a used towel on the back of the bathroom door. The fireplace was dusty and had smears of something on it. The hotel has a lot of work to do before I would consider staying there again.

The rooms are not well maintained - toilet clogged, the room had a smell, sheets had stains, the bathroom doors wouldn't shut properly... the list goes on. We didn't spend much time in the room so it was okay but cannot imagine staying here in the winter with long nights.
