The room is dirty. The staff is unhelpful. Told me that the cancellation for my 2nd day can’t be done because the cancellation is before 3 oclock where in Expedia said its 4 o’clock. We were their on time before 4 o clock. The only good thing is the location. There’s a lot of places to eat around the area.

I had an amazing stay! The room was spotless and very comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job — everything was clean and well organized. The service throughout my stay was friendly and professional. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how welcoming everyone was. I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable perfect for relaxing after a long day. The continental breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The parking lot was also large and easy to access, which made everything super convenient. Overall, great value for money I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast had a great variety, and the location was perfect close to everything I needed. I’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Room was really good. Shower had some dirty finger prints on the back wall but otherwise was very clean. Kitchen was missing a few key items like forks and spoons, but all in all had everything needed. We stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast options we decent for a continental, but one morning there was nothing left at 9am other than cereal. We actually stayed here 29 years ago on our wedding night. Would definitely stay again. Housekeeping staff were very helpful.

Toilet and kitchenette sink plugged. Asked for it to be unplugged, had to do it ourselves eventually as it never got done after requesting to be done. Security latch on door from inside was latched, unfortunately door frame came off when latch was secured. Air conditioner unit was loose in window.

Unfortunately there was cockroach in the room 224 and when we told it to the front desk they only said sorry. I stayed there with my family for a night and I never recommend it to anyone. We never back there again.
