The lobby was uninviting and messy, and the reception was cool and unfriendly. But the room has a strong unpleasant odour which I could not tolerate. The hotel is not close to the presentation on the website. Even though a refund was not possible due to policy, we checked into another great hotel down the street.

Nice budget hotel, decent breakfast. Beds are comfortable. Big hotel rooms. Close to Walmart and Safeway, and a lot of eateries.

Arrived to a room that smelled like old food, had stained sheets, and found dead bugs on the walls of the shower. The corners of the room had accumulated dirt and debris. We notified the staff, but even after they came in to clean things up there was no improvement. Bugs still in the shower, sheets still stained, etc. We asked to be able to leave a day early since we were not satisfied with cleanliness -- no response. Went to the front desk — they couldn’t answer our question and wanted us to wait for an indefinite amount of time for a manager. We ended up just leaving the key with the front desk and vacating early. Very frustrating experience.

The room was a wonderful size and located in a great area, with nearby restaurants, groceries and gas. The room was tidy and housekeeping was in daily if needed. The staff was kind. My only complaint was that the top lock on the door was broken, and my shower head did not work properly, easy to be fixed. For the price and area I can’t complain though, and clean.

We found this hotel to be very clean. Staff was very pleasant. And was very quick and efficient. The continental breakfast was good. The only thing I didn’t like was the band was a bit too big for the space it was in. I kept bumping my ankle every time I got out of bed. And I do get up a few times at night. Everything else about this hotel was perfect for us.

Quick get away

From the outside it’s definitely an older property but the room Was clean. Great for a pet friendly room. No carpet!! Shower water was either burning or lukewarm. Staff friendly. Met our needs.
