Convenient location, staff answered any questions and requests politely, good to see updates to decor walls repainted and colors modernized, bed was a bit dated and lumpy but had areas to sleep comfortably. Would stay again when in area!

There was NO daily breakfast provided at all. Coffee and a package of instant oatmeal doesn’t make the grade! Also I returned to the room after 10 p.m. on more than one occasion and no one was at the front desk, no security, anyone could have followed me in and to my room!! Unacceptable!!

I booked 3 days at this hiram best Western. I rolled in from Michigan at 930 pm after an all day drive. I was tired. The first thing i do is grab a face towel wet it and wipe everything down. The place was just filthy, the counters were just plain filthy, i have video. I pulled the desktop chair out that was all ripped and just covered with dust. The hair dryer hanging in the bathroom again covered with dust. The countertop backsplash and the mirror top had not been cleaned for a long time. Went to check out the next morning never to stay at best Western again. They said they had work going on and i should have never been put in that room, i should have been put upstairs away from the work. I couldn't even breath the room was so dusty. Add that to an old hard bed and a sofa with a dip in the middle. I took a video. I was then overcharged. Never go to hiram, ga best Western. Should be a refund. I went to a Howard Johnson down away from there. Damn rip off. Never, i mean never again. Im no child either, almost 70 and i know when I've been ripped off. i don't know how to post it but i gonna get my child to help me post on fb. I've never left a hotel without a 10 to 12 percent tip for housekeeping. Some of this was was work related dust but what i wiped off most of it was just plain filthy.

No one manning breakfast!! No hot food 1/2 hr prior to breakfast ending time!! Food on carpet near chair. Bed very comfortable!! Accessible room needs higher toilet. Lots of bars in tub, but no slip resistant mat. We’ve stayed here many times but it seems to be slipping!!

It was just okay

Bed was very uncomfortable, which is just about everything! It definitely needs updating, as the orange carpet went out many years ago. However, I will say it was very clean, which is super important.

It was disgusting, it smelled of weed as soon as you walk in, theyre was mold in the room ceiling and the room smelled terrible, there was 3 cops arresting someone in the front lobby, i didnt feel safe whatsoever and DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!

Where do I begin? 1. The maroon throw over the bed had a huge stain. 2. The tub had some stains and strands of hair. 3. We had to ask for disinfectant spray to spray down and clean the space. 4. The quality of the TV was a joke. Pixelated and staticky on most channels. 4. We awoke in the middle of the night to roaches crawling across the tv stand and behind the wall. Completely freaked out. We did not ask to move because if it were in one room, it would have been in any other room. We had to keep our belongings closed up and shook the hell out of items outside before putting them in the car. That alone made the entire stay uncomfortable. Never had this issue in any other Best Western. Disgusting and this place needs an update and an exterminator. We chose this hotel because it was 1 of 3 hotels within close proximity to the wedding venue that we would be visiting. Dont stay here!
