For a hotel that says it is 5 star it is nowhere near that We had trouble booking in No front deck they sent codes after we left Australia there was no phone number to speak to anyone it was more like a boarding house style accommodation

お正月で宮島駅周辺のパッキンは全て空いてなかった。観光時間のため、一時エントランスの手前に置かさせていただいた。2時間後、駐車場のスペースが空いてから移動した。柔軟にご対応して頂き、念願の厳島神社の観光を楽しめた。ありがとうございました。

家族旅行で利用しました。 部屋も広くて綺麗でとても良かったです。 犬関係のグッズも充実しています。 駐車場はありませんがすぐ隣にタイムズもあり便利です。お金はかかります。 チェックイン及び部屋にあるプロジェクターは電子系が苦手な方は大変かもです。 また階段しかないので（ちょっと狭い）重い大きいスーツケースだとちょっと大変かもです。 静かで居心地の良いホテルでした。

ペットと泊まれるのとペットアメニティーが充実しているで大変良かったです。 あと駐車場がないので周辺駐車場と提携などあれば良いかな？と思いました。 リクエストの為チャットでやりとりしましたが、大変感じが良い対応でした。 また利用したいと思いました。

チェックインについては、事前に準備して行ったので問題ありませんでした。 一番良かったのは、ネコと一緒に泊まれた事。 出来たら一階のバーに、自動販売機が欲しいと思いました。

今回泊まらせてもらったが、ホテル内はペット禁止なはずなのに隣の部屋（301号室）から2匹の犬の鳴き声が止まらず騒音のクレームを出した。 対応はしてくれたものの一時に静かになり、また吠え出して良い加減にして欲しかった。 結局深夜2時になるハメになってとても不愉快です。ホテルの設備で犬がいると言う項目はなかった故にこの始末はあまりに酷すぎる。 設備も、ホテルならパジャマの一つはあるだろうと思っていたが、それもなく結局下着で寝ることになり、寒い思いをした。 その他は問題なかったが、その2つをもう少し改善していけば良いと思う。

チェックインは年寄りには難しいかも。3人で一部屋の利用だったが3人は無理そう。TV無しは承知だったがやはりTVは欲しい。プロジェクタースクリーンは年寄りには無理そうです。 清潔だったので良かったです。

部屋も広く、清潔に保たれていた。 全般的によかったと思う。 バーが閉まっていたので、自分で開錠して入室したけれど、バーの入り口の扉が重く、外開きなので、外に荷物を置くスペースがあると便利ではないかと感じた。

到着が遅くなりタブレットの操作でチェックインしましたが、タブレットのボタンの反応がイマイチ&解りにくいで何度もやり直し更に部屋に入るのに暗証番号を押すのですが、押してから解錠までに少し時間がかかるせいで、え？押し間違えた？とプチパニックで、到着から部屋に入るまでに30分！もう少しスムーズにならないものかと思います。部屋は綺麗で快適でしたしエコで良いと思います。慣れていないと、疲れて頭も働かないし、もう、隣のホテルに行ってしまおうか、と泣きそうでした。このタイプ、次はないかな。

猫と一緒に宿泊できる施設で選びました、室内にはペット用のシートや食器も設置されており安心して宿泊できました。 タブレットでのチェックインは事前にメールで確認していたのでスムーズでしたが、チェックアウトは何もしなくていいのか？？と少し不安になりました。(結局何もせずそのまま退室しました) 部屋はとても広くベッドも大きく過ごしやすかったです。 難点は洗面所に置いてあったハンドソープが全く泡立たず、消毒液なのか石鹸なのか最後まで謎でした。 あと、浴槽はないシャワーブースなのは問題ないのですがタオル掛けや着替えを置く場所がシャワーブースの付近にないので少し困りました。 廊下での話し声は室内まで聞こえましたが夜は静かでした。 TVはなくプロジェクターでYouTubeなどを観ることが出来ました。 隣にコインパーキングもあるし、宮島フェリー乗り場まで歩いて3分掛からないので厳島神社観光にはとても便利です。
